2nd Timothy 3:16-17 :
Every Scripture is God-breathed and profitable for teaching, for reproof, for correction, and for instruction in righteousness,
that the man of God may be complete, thoroughly equipped for every good work.
The Bible tells us that God created us and everything in the world. What you see above are two verses from the Bible that tell us that
it is a message from Him specifically given to mankind to understand life and know how to live it. It's like having a manual to life made by life's engineer.
What could be more important to study that that?
Jesus, when He was tempted to disobey God and create bread from a stone answered Satan this way:
Luke 4:4 :
Jesus answered him, saying, “It is written, ‘Man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word of God.’”
Since the Scripture (what we call the Bible) is "God-breathed" and Jesus says that we should live "by every word of God",
we know that Bible Study is important. There are many ways to study. You don't have to take one of my courses. You can study
on your own. Even if you take a course from someone else, you really should study on your own to make sure that what they say is correct for yourself.
God has never been against reason, but expects us to use our minds.
Go through a whole book of the Bible
I've been writing Bible Studies each day for over a year now. My posts first appeared on
the Bible Study Blog on the Amazon Kindle. Doing this every day has helped
me as a Christian and I am trusting God that it has been helping my readers as well. I have already completed studies for five books
of the Bible on the Kindle. Now I can deliver the content directly to you on this web site. Not only that, you can now listen to it instead of just reading
it. It's a great way to stay focused on The Word of God and put technology to good use. I hope that it builds you up as a Christian.
